We are committed to protecting your privacy!

Lyle Signs does NOT share, sell or trade e-mail addresses, information collected as part of a survey or specific details about you. We do not contribute or participate in shared or cooperative databases which give other companies access to your information. We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server that is not accessible via the Internet.

How we use e-mail

Lyle does not sell or share e-mail addresses with other companies. We use e-mail as a means of communicating with our customers. After you place an order on our site, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and, in most cases, an e-mail with UPS tracking information. You will receive these e-mails only if you have provided your e-mail address during checkout or as part of registering on our site.

Protecting your information

When you visit our site we do not collect your name, e-mail address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us. We do not follow your browsing path outside of the Lyle Sign's Web Site. In areas of our site, we offer you the opportunity to communicate with us or order from us by completing online forms. All information you send to us is stored in a secure environment separate from our Web Site.

Web Site Information

In order to make improvements to our site and similar to other commercial web sites, we may utilize a technology called 'cookies' and web server logs to collect information about how our web site is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed.

For example, we may do research to determine which areas are accessed most frequently. This information is analyzed only in the aggregate and not at the individual level. Personal information, such as your name and e-mail address are not included in the analysis.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are shown in US Currency.

Terms of Payment

Standard terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice, subject to credit approval by Lyle Signs, Inc. Visa and MasterCard are the accepted form of credit card payment.

Past due invoices are subject to 1-1/2% monthly interest charge. Orders received from past due accounts will not be processed until the account is current.

Non-Standard Signs and Street Signs

Orders for non-standard signs and street name signs must be submitted in writing or e-mail to eliminate errors resulting from telephone conversations.

Quotes, Standard and Non-Standard Signs

Lyle manufactures MUTCD signs as well as fabricating custom signs on aluminum or plastic substrates. We will be happy to quote you on any non-standard requirement you may have. Non-standard signs are not returnable. Standard signs may be returned with our approval. Restocking charges may apply.

Minimum Order

Due to high costs of setups, Lyle's minimum order is $125. Should your order be less than $125, a surcharge of $20 will be added.

Return Policy

Returns

No merchandise may be returned to Lyle Signs without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and Lyle Signs' approval. Goods returned without authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

No sign returns are permitted after 30 days of shipment. Custom signs (including street signs & firemarkers) are not returnable.

Should a return be authorized, the merchandise must be carefully packaged to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition. All returned signs must be repacked with protective packaging materials provided in original shipment. Credit will not be given for merchandise returned in a damaged condition due to improper packaging.

Inspect your order upon receipt

Upon receipt of your order, please check all merchandise carefully.

  • Check for evidence of damage during transit.
  • Check your packing slip.
  • Check for hidden damage by promptly opening packages.
  • Note damages or discrepancies on the carrier's delivery ticket.
Claims for shortages or damages

All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be filed with the delivery carrier within five (5) days after receipt of goods.

Claims for loss or damage or transportation charges must not be deducted from our invoice. If discrepancies are found, note them in writing on all copies of the delivery ticket (make sure you keep a copy for your records) and notify us immediately.

Should you discover any hidden damage after delivery, you should contact the delivering carrier immediately and request an inspection report be completed by the carrier.

All terms are F.O.B. factory unless otherwise noted or quoted in writing.

Shipping Carriers

Lyle Signs uses a variety of carriers to deliver your packages. We will use the best carrier available. Depending on the carrier we may be able to ship your packages collect using your account number.

Most common carriers we use are listed below:

  • UPS (Ground, 3-Day Select, Blue, Red)
  • Federal Express
  • CCX
  • Lakeville Motor Express
  • Yellow Freight
  • Midwest Motor Express (MME)
Inspect your order upon receipt

Upon receipt of your order, please check all merchandise carefully.
